There are three primary services that we offer our clients - website (domain) registration, business website design and business website hosting.  These services are independent of each other and can be provided separately however, they usually go together.  We offer our clients one or more services in any configuration you choose.

Additionally, we offer several other services of a more 'minor' nature:

• SEO - search engine optimisation - improving your website's rankings with search engines so more new customers find you every week.  All website designs are "SEO'd" - that's just part of our service, but we also SEO websites that we didn't design.
• Google AdWords campaign - When someone searches on Google, they see "natural results" on the left hand side.  On the right hand side are AdWords listings - you pay a few cents to Google everytime someone clicks on your AdWords advertisement.  We can design and set up your campaign so your website gets visitors immediately.
• HTML template design - do you use Constant Contact or some other email based newsletter program? We can design your mail outs to look more professional and get better results.

Website (Domain) Registration

To eventually have a live site, you must first register a "domain".  A domain is the core name of your website.  In our case, our domain is "businesswebsitedesigners.com.au". So the first step is to buy your domain and have it registered to your name.  It involves a "domain registrar" to handle, which we can take care of for you (we are not domain registrars, we just know the most affordable and secure domain registrars in Australia).  We offer this service without markup. And unlike many website designers, we will register it in your name, so that if you ever need to do something with your domain, you can...and you won't need to come to us to do it.

Business Website Design

"Website design" refers to designing a website and filling it with pages about your business - the actual visual look, feel and layout of the website for your business, along with the text that goes in the pages.

This is exactly what it sounds like - designing a website for your Australian business.  From the ground up, we will discuss your business, advise what should be done and then produce a website that will be professional, smooth and contain all the pages that you want it to contain.  Here at Business Website Designers, we understand that not all of our clients are web savvy.  We also understand that some clients may wish to 'palm' a website to us - they don't want to have anything to do with it, they just want it done and done professionally.

We also understand that other clients will want a higher level of involvement; to pick their site look and feel, select a layout and choose between several colour schemes.  Such clients may already have pages written for their websites or ideas they want to put forward.  This level of involvement is also very common and in fact, encouraged. Either way, its not a problem - that's what we're here for.

Business Website Hosting

"Website hosting" refers to providing a place on the internet so that people can actually see your website.   We could design the best website in the world, but if it is just sitting on our computers, no one will ever see it - you need to "host" it so that it is available on the internet.  Hosting also includes "bandwidth" which is what your site uses to send and receive information when it is viewed, email addresses that you can setup, a way to backup your site and other bits and pieces that you may wish to use.

If you already have a domain registration and website that you want us to host for you - not a problem, we can do that.  If you want us to register and build a website that someone else will host for you, that's also not a problem - you can have one, two or all of our website services offered.
