Business Websites Build a Starting Relationship

Ask any marketing professional - a relationship is critical to make sales and retain customers.  Even a shallow, 'one phonecall' relationship is necessary to start the process from inquiry to customer to sale.  A business website achieves that, without any time on your part.

A visitor reads your site and, if it is well designed, they get all the information they are after.  This visitor is now an interested visitor.  They feel that you offer what they are seeking to purchase and that you are a legitimate business - you have a website and you answer the right questions.  That interested visitor is now a potential customer.  People need to find some small amount of trust and security in dealing with a business.  Your website has started that process.

Newsflash - Google Changes!

At the end of October, 2010, Google changed the way it presented a majority of search results. The changes made are nothing short of a complete turn-around.

Any time a user searches for a location and a service/product, the most read results nearly always come from the Google Places search engine and not the "natural" Google results.
